How do I become a Webicient developer?
Apply here. We look for strong technical skills, 3+ years of experience, minimum 20h availability per week (preferably full time), excellent communication, and a drive to grow.
Do I need experience with AI tools?
Yes — but more importantly, we expect you to advocate for AI in your workflow. Our devs are AI-equipped and always optimizing for leverage.
What kind of support do I get on assignments?
You’ll get monthly coaching check-ins, performance feedback, and access to tooling or training you need to succeed.
Do I get paid to grow?
Yes. You’re paid for 1–2 hours of learning each month — and get access to internal AI tools, expert guidance, and resources to level up.
How am I rewarded for high performance?
